Old Barn On Highway 33

Old Barn On Highway 33

This photo was taken in the evening of July 24, 2019. I spent the day around the Slocan Valley area with my camera but didn’t end up making any photo stops. I’ve driven past this barn numerous times over the years but never really thought

June 18, 2019 – Highway 99

June 18, 2019 – Highway 99

I took off for the day expecting to capture some landscape and sunset shots, but the only one that ended up working out was this random photo I took on the side of Highway 99 close to the Highway 1 junction near Cache Creek. I’ve

June 12, 2019 – Highway 97 Early Sun

This was the view behind me as I was driving south on Highway 97 back to Kelowna at around 4AM. This was 10mm on my Sigma 10-20 lens, f/11 and 10 second shutter.

June 12, 2019 – Highway 1 At Night

May 16, 2019 – East Kelowna, BC

The weather on this day wasn’t overly spectacular but I figured it would be nice enough to try testing out an ND filter and long exposure on moving water. I’ve never used one before so shortly after I bought my Sigma 10-20mm lens I also

May 15, 2019 – Highway 5A

May 15, 2019 – Highway 5A

I originally intended to do a day of hiking but wasn’t feeling fully up to it, so I spent a number of hours ripping around highways in the CRX. I happened to be heading down Highway 5A toward Princeton, BC from the junction at 97C

May 9, 2019 – Revelstoke, BC

May 9, 2019 – Revelstoke, BC

This photo was pretty much accidental. I was driving down some random back roads in Revelstoke, BC and pulled over to walk through some trees toward a lake. I didn’t bring my whole camera kit, just the D7200 with the 35mm. Happened to see the

Quick Cruise and CRX Fall Photo

Quick Cruise and CRX Fall Photo

One change I made to the CRX recently is cutting a hole in the hood and slapping on a scoop from an old 300zx. Why? I noticed that in warmer temperatures, the engagement point in my hydraulic clutch system magically moves if the engine bay
