On the road for my 41st birthday

I always get out of town for my birthday but unfortunately I managed to break my Jeep last week… In the process of hunting down a whistling noise that would happen sometimes during acceleration, I found a crack in my intake manifold. Since this was discovered after removing the manifold, I knew it was probably going to break entirely if I tried to re-install it… And that’s exactly what happened. I hopped on eBay and bought the only one I could find in Canada. With the Jeep out of commission for the next little while as I wait for parts and whatnot, I had to put insurance on my Honda CRX so I could keep driving. This unfortunately also ruined my original birthday plan of camping on the top of a mountain, but I still managed to have a decent day hitting the highways.
