Waterfall near Skagit River Trail

I was heading down the Skagit River Trail from the Sumallo Grove parking lot in Manning Park to kill some time, and also to make sure I could easily find the marker for the Silverdaisy Mountain trail for an upcoming trip. Not far from that point I was walking along the trail and I started to hear the sound of a waterfall so I poked around until I found a bit of a path leading right to it. This also happens to be right next to what appears to be an old mine shaft. The area has a history of mining operations but I expected most of that to be further up Silverdaisy.
