May 30, 2019 – Kamloops, BC
I spent a few hours trying to find interesting places along Highway 1 to take some night photos but didn’t really have any luck, so while I was stopped in Kamloops I drove a little up Highway 5 as I knew you could see some of the city lights. This photo was taken around 2:30am on Chief Louis Way near where it meets Highway 5. Lens is my Sigma 10-20mm at f/5.0 and a 30 second shutter. I want to practice more night shots similar to this but ideally when there’s more traffic. I think only one or two vehicles drove past while I was taking this.
